Refund Policy

Please keep in mind we fabricate our buildings and they are not “ready to go” kits. Delivery/Installation times are estimated Dates: we try our best to deliver as soon as possible. Surface must be level: can result in extra charge if surface is not level. Project site must be ready for installation within 60 business days from the deposit date. Customer expressly agrees that the building shall remain the property of Rocker B Construction and Buildings until payment is made in full. Balance due to be paid in FULL at time of Completion of Building by Cashiers-Check or Wire Transfer (DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS NOT ACCEPTED). Rocker B Construction and Buildings has a 1 Year Workmanship Warranty effective upon day of Installation. - 1st Repair is FREE, additional repairs could result in repair fees. Workmanship Warranty will be voided if ANY modifications are made to the building: Such as gutters, inside framing, insulation or any type of add ons. Rocker B Construction and Buildings is not liable for any damages as a result of inclement weather. Faulty and or unleveled foundation including customer modifications will void warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide underground utilities be marked. Rocker B Construction and Buildings is not responsible for any damage caused to underground utilities. Customer is responsible for obtaining building permits as needed for installation.Rocker B Construction and Buildings is not responsible if concrete is damaged or cracked during building installation. Please make sure your concrete is reinforced to be driven on and drilled into for Concrete Anchors.

If SkyTrac Lift is required: it shall be provided/paid for by the customer. Customer is aware they are responsible for any damages for the machine rental if damages occur during building process. Manufacturer is responsible for collecting and paying sales tax. Deposit/Down Payment is Non-Refundable if customer decides to cancel for any reason.

 

**** If you are getting Dirt Work/Concrete, we try to get your dirt work/concrete scheduled within 3 weeks, WEATHER PERMITTING. It is our goal to get your project started as soon as possible!
